Produktbeschreibung

Taking freeride performance to the backcountry has never been easier. With a large brake that fits skis with a waist up to 108 mm, the Fritschi Freeride Pro combines the wide-bodied power transmission of an alpine binding with Fritschi's new Gliding Technology for a smooth, natural stride. On the skin track, Gliding Technology eases your ascent by eliminating that hinge-like, tiptoe feeling. The Freeride Pro's wide footprint and toepiece hinge provide a larger footprint than previous Fritschi bindings, giving you improved power to drive powerful, wide-bodied skis. Performance, meet efficiency.

  • Gliding Technology with a wide toe piece hinge
  • Power Transmission Control (PTC) technology
  • Max DIN 12, and DIN certified for both AT and alpine boot soles
  • Four-level heel elevator
  • Free-gliding heel bar with integrated lock prevents accidental release into tour mode
  • Included brake fits up to 108 mm ski width

Fritschi Freeride Pro Binding w/ LG Brake wurde bewertet mit 4.8 von 5 von 10.
Rated 5 von 5 von aus Reliable & Simple I was considering the slightly lighter weight pin bindings but I have to say that in the end this is the binding to go with. Why? It is straightforward, simple to use and when you are in the backcountry and the conditions are in your face you don't want some binding with small parts that can get plugged up with ice and that is intricate to use. What you want is simplicity, ruggedness and something that just works. This is it. This binding is all boot friendly and slightly heavier but the safety it provides in terms of usability and durability far outweigh the competition. Buy this binding and be safe.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Continued Great Product Upgraded to these for my new Walk Frees. Mounted them myself, not that tough-did my old pair, too and they work just as well as the old version (which has been great.) I patrol on them, as well as ski backcountry, and have had no issues with early releases. Walk-mode in the new is still comfortable and the new bindings feel a little beefier, though not any heavier. I'm anxious to be able to try a pair of heavier downhill boots since they can now take an Alpine Boot sole. Only had them out once, but am chomping for another trip! ...BTW Customer Service was GREAT when I ordered the wrong size first try.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Reliability has its advantages I have owned many pairs of Fritschi Diamir bindings, and recently owned many other brands and types of bindings. Tech bindings are great but they have limitations. As a ski patroller I am in and out of my skis dozens of times a day and I have come back to the Freeride bindings for their great convenience and reliability. These new bindings do ski better than the old, and I feel secure, safe, and protected when I am working in them. If they are anything like my older versions, I am sure to get many trouble free years out of them. Convenience is an important performance characteristic as well!

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Really impressed, much improved from the iteration I last had! I was hesitant. I have had other previous version of this binding and it never inspired confidence. But after about 20 days on this, I'm super impressed. I'm a patroller so I'm in and out of the binding a lot, am in and out of walk mode a lot...and generally put abuse on things at 200 pounds. The sufficient durability along with an acceptable stack height and wide enough frame makes it easy to drive my 110 waisted ski. It is simple and it just works and I'm glad I gave it another chance.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Simple, Proven, Reliable Are you sure you want to go Tech? Easy step-in, out even in powder or on a side hill. Try that in your tech! Switches easily from ski to tour on the fly, with easy heel riser adjustment also. Good release and ski-ability with no slop. Pivot hinges at side of toe for natural stride not like most plates. The ultimate binding for multiple on-offs in a day or side country access.

Rated 3 von 5 von aus This pruduct has great features but ...I broke the central rod twice. Fritschi does not sell any parts. When snow is soft and deep, you ski bends and causing a heel part to move. After several weeks in deep snow with a backpack you have to replace the heel part because it does not want to hold locked (still holding your boot but your heel is free). Again - Fritschi does not sell parts to fix it....

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Nice set up I found the Diamir tech binding too difficult to get in and out of for Patrolling, so I purchased this set up. It is certainly heavier, but well designed. My only complaint is that the company doesn't help the DIYer more with it's binding placement instructions and adjustment. Not everyone has a Diamir shop tech in the neighborhood.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great Binding I am a ski patroller in western Colorado, our resort has a lot of back country access and we are called upon by the local SAR to do out of bounds rescues. Having a set up that works great for day to day patrol work, as well as the out of bounds, is paramount. These bindings are great
