How long after I submit my application can I expect to hear from Black Diamond Equipment?
An email acknowledging receipt of application/resume is sent to candidates after they apply for a position. Human Resources and hiring managers will contact candidates via email or phone if they would like to move forward with an interview. If a candidate is not selected for an interview an email acknowledgement will be sent to the email address on file. Position summary • Provide Credit management support to all brands in Europe. You will be responsible for all aspects of credit and accounts receivable including:
- Proactive assistance in the maintenance of seamless customer sevice
- Guide & educate sales team & other internal customers in areas impacting the credit function
- Maintain customer business relationships in order to effectively monitor and mitigate credit risk
- Perform DSO and other credit KPI calculations and create reports
- Establish credit limits & monitoring and apply cash to outstanding balances
Profile • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant credit/collections experience in a multinational environment. You must have a background in corporate credit/collections as well as a history of accomplishments in the field through strong communication and negotiation skills. A strong afinity with the outdoors and outdoor sports would be a plus. You are fluent in French, Italian and English. A good command of German would be a strong plus.
