Black Diamond has an amazing crew of more than 400 employees worldwide, a few of which are profiled here. What ties us all together is our passion for climbing, skiing and exploring the environments where these sports take place, be it bouldering in Fontainebleau, skiing in the Andes, ice climbing in Canmore or big walling on El Cap. This passion is what drives us to relentlessly design and produce the world’s finest and most reliable skiing, climbing and mountain equipment. This passion is why we work at Black Diamond.
