Shipping Policies

SHIPPING DETAILS—UNITED STATES ONLY

Orders are generally shipped the next business day after we receive your order.

Orders received on Fridays, after 12 p.m. Mountain Time, or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday.

We make every effort to ship 2-Day Air and Next Day Air requested orders the same business day we receive them. However, orders must be received by 12 p.m. Mountain Time to ensure this service. Note that holidays do not count as business days and we are certainly closed for a fair amount of them. You will be notified of any backorders or stock outs.

United States Shipping Options and Rates (Contiguous 48 states only)

UPS Ground – Orders over $50.00 – FREE! 2- 6 business day delivery**
UPS Ground – Orders under $50.00 – $5.00 flat rate. 2- 6 business day delivery.
UPS 2-Day Air – Ship charge determined by weight. 3 business day delivery (delivery on 3rd business day from order receipt)
UPS Next Day Air – Ship charge determined by weight – Next business day delivery
US Postal Service – Ship charge determined by weight. 3-4 business day delivery.

** PLEASE NOTE! To qualify for free shipping (orders over $50.00) we require a physical and/or street address for delivery. P.O. Box ship-to addresses DO NOT qualify for free shipping and you will be charged appropriate postal service rates.

Alaska / Hawaii Shipping Rate Policy
We are not able to provide free or discounted shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii. Our website will calculate ship charges appropriate to your order. Please note oversize shipments including, but not limited to; skis, bouldering pads, etc. an additional surcharge of $25 -$60 may be added to your order. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy.

Oversize Product Shipping
Please note that for oversize shipments that include SKIS and/or BOULDERING PADS we may add on a surcharge of $25 to $60 per item depending on the destination. We also reserve the right to change the ship method appropriate to the size of the order to facilitate timely delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Orders will be shipped usually within 2-3 business days from when we receive them. You will be notified of any backorders or stock outs.

We often require additional security and/or credit card verification information. You will be contacted if this is required. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are not comfortable with.

Priority Mail International—US Postal Service

7-14 business day delivery. NO tracking information available. Delivery is NOT guaranteed.

Customs duties and/or import taxes are NOT included in your purchase price and are your responsibility upon receipt of your order.

Express Mail International—US Postal Service

4-7 business day delivery. Tracking information, insurance provided. Delivery guaranteed.

Customs duties and/or import taxes are NOT included in your purchase price and are your responsibility upon receipt of your order.

UPS/UNICITY—CANADA ONLY

8-15 business day delivery. Street or physical address required. Brokerage and customs processing fees paid by Black Diamond. Orders ship twice weekly from B.D.—Tracking information provided upon request.
