Build My Own FeedBD athlete Liuyong Bang repeats Spicy Noodle (8c+), Yangshuo, China
Black Diamond athlete Liuyong Bang (aka, Abond) recently made the second ascent of China's hardest sport climb, Spicy Noodle (8c+) at the White Mountain cliff outside of Yangshuo, home of the Yangshuo Climbing Festival. Shortly after his redpoint, Abond sent us the following email and photos.

Good news. I've done the hardest route which has been finished in China -- Spicy Noodle on 15th August. I believe I have the second ascent and I am the first Chinese citizen to climb this route. My friend broke the tufa at the middle of the route, which in my opinion was a very important hold. I found a harder and more powerful sequence but at this point I am not sure if it is a grade harder. I am interested and excited to see other people get on this route.
