VIDEO PROFILE: BD athlete Alex Honnold 5.13 sport climbing at Phalanx of Will, Arizona
Black Diamond athlete Alex Honnold hooked up with us down at the Phalanx of Will, a unique sport climbing tower/crag in the Arizona Strip, just outside of Saint George, Utah. Besides bagging a bunch of pitches, Honnold sat down with us and discussed a bevy of topics, including stalkers at restaurants and the joys of clipping fixed quickdraws.

"I'm not THAT good" haha, he just crushes everything on the planet and free solos moonlight buttress, no big deal. What a great guy and climber! To all the crushers out there, crush on, maybe see you in So. Utah this winter!

Love this guy's honesty and his approach/views on climbing. Definitely made me stoked to climb. I like hearing from a pro climber I can relate to.
