Winger For The Weekend #51
Over the years climbers have adopted numerous surprisingly basic (yet effective) training systems (e.g., the Bachar ladder, campus board, hangboard, etc) in an effort to gain more and more fitness to climb harder and harder. Now we are pretty sure this guy in Winger #51 is not a climber, but it's hard to argue that his training regime wouldn't be effective for climbers. Hand jam power chops (heyaaah!), explosive rock kicks (kaaaboom!), weighted-leg long jumps (hrrrmph!), finger-strengthening dirt scratches (grrrowl!)... this workout has it all! The rewards?
