I LOVE these poles!
Incredibly light but more important, incredibly easy to pack away for those short sections where you need both hands to go on. I always clip them folded to my chest strap and they wont restrict any movements that way.
When the scrambling sections is over these set up in less than 10 seconds and while walking.
Id really love to see that siliconized cord in tent poles to fasten up tent setup. Perhaps Black Diamond doulc offer extra light Carbon tent poles with silicon for their superlite series.
Id sure buy poles for the hilight tent.
