Craig Hatton is one of Black Diamond's Sales Reps and also one of our most stoked skiers, frequently making summer trips down to South America to get his off-season powder fix. He sent us the following email and photos a few days ago and, yes, Craig we are jealous!

How's everybody doin up there? Well, we've been here in Portillo for 2 days now. Not a ton of snow here but we got 20cm last night and they are expecting a huge 1-2 meter dump tomorrow. We are rushing out of here tonight to Mendoza form some wine then quickly down to Las Lenas before the big storm hits.
Here's a few pics from our day yesterday. The area skiing was pretty shotty so we climbed up La Roca and dropped in the Super C couloir...pics attached. A great 4500 ft. shot. It was pretty chalky snow and super carvable snow...great views of Aconcagua from the top after a sweet 3000 ft. boot.....glad I had my Whippet.
I'll check in again after the Pow! Megawatt day approaching.
