Here's how it works: A random drawing of NEW HotWire Newsletter subscribers (who are United States or Canada residents) will be conducted by Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd. on July 5, 2010 from all eligible online entries received between 12:01 AM Mountain Standard Time on June 2, 2010 and 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time on June 30, 2010. All entries are pooled together and winners’ email addresses are selected at random. The prizes will be either ONE (1) Ski Mountaineering Package, which includes ONE (1) Couloir harness, ONE (1) Raven Ultra ice axe, ONE (1) Contact crampon, ONE (1) Cosmo headlamp and ONE (1) Alias pack - or - ONE (1) Black Diamond Journal t-shirt (size XL), chosen at random. Winners cannot request which prize they wish to receive. The prize will be sent to the winners via UPS or USPS. Black Diamond’s server is the official clock for this promotion. We do not currently have an estimate of the number of eligible entries that may be accepted or prizes that will be available.
