If you do something once you are never going to be great at it. I have been traveling down to South America for two years now in the summer to pursue my passion of skiing and cultural experiences. It is definitely easier the second time around, but after 2 years down south I still can't ask someone where I am in Spanish. What I can say is, "I would like another Fernet and you look beautiful." With each experience more knowledge is gained and new opportunities arise.
This year my trip down south was mind blowing. Standing on the podium and meeting new friends, having the cultural experience of a lifetime, and seeing the wonders of South America. I can't say enough of how incredible my times have been down there, and that is why I created a video of my adventures down south.
At the end of my trip I had the chance to go film and take photographs with Sweetgrass Productions in Patagonia. This trip proved to be the icing on the cake. Patagonia is one of the most incredible places I have ever been. I believe now that Patagonia is the heart of Chile and Argentina. The weather, the terrain and the people proved to be just as rugged and beautiful as every book and movie has portrayed it to be. I can't wait to see what South America has in store for me next year! — Drew
