M's S/S Stretch Operator Shirt - Spring 2018 is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfy, But Poor Fitting With Durability Issues I've own the Stretch Operator shirt for close to three months now, wearing it on average 4-5 times a month, mainly as a commuter/work shirt. Pros: the shirt is comfortable and the stretch is appreciated. At 5'8", 185, I'm broad in the chest and shoulders and the Operator doesn't bind or restrict in the chest or arm sleeves. I wear a size medium blue. Cons: the fit, like another review commented, is very boxy and oddly cut. The hem is shorter than comparable shirts and very wide through the torso. Most importantly, the shirt is showing excessive wear and abrasion for such a short lifespan. The seams around the shoulders are showing excessive fraying and loss of color; I wear a backpack when biking to work, which is the only real stress the shirt experiences. The hem is also showing fraying and loss of color. Certainly something you see in a shirt years old, but in something less than three months... it's pretty disappointing. This shirt needs some considerable revisions before I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable fit but good for the office I wear this mostly to work and its a great combination of comfort and professionalism. Easy to wear tucked or un-tucked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome shirt, BD sizing continues to be an issue I bought this shirt last year and it became my favorite shirt and it fit perfectly. I was very happy with last years Stretch Operator Shirt and would highly recommend it. I bought a small (I'm 5'8" and 148 lbs). I ordered another one this year and the size small now is much bigger and fits like a medium or a medium plus. There is not an option for an XS. I have found this to be a recurrent issue with BD sizing it changes from year to year. Sometimes I'm a medium, sometimes a small and sometimes a small is too large as in this case. Often this will be in the same item of clothing but just a different year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible sizing I own the technician shirt in XL and love it. I bought this in XL and the sizing is WAY off. It looks like I’m wearing a paper bag. Fits like an XXXL. The operator is about 4” wider than the technician, and the sleeves are too long as well. Body is slightly longer, but is about right. Overall, I want to like this shirt, but I can’t even wear it.
