Trail Pro Trekking Poles - 2018 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Useless warranty After using poles for a few months smallest part bended a bit. Manufacturer declares that gives two year warranty. But the truth is that warranty applies only if you do not use the product. According to reseller this bend happened becouse I was using poles. Nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best locking system on the market. Hands down These poles aren't the lightest (but pretty light) or the most compact out there. They don't have cork handles either. But they are my preferred set for their strength and locking system. The Pro locks are, hands down, the best locking system. Strong and dependable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pools, light, strong, flip lock works great I got these pools to replace a pair of Black Diamond pools that I used for 10 years and loved. These new pools are also great with improved flip lock and same light, and very strong/stable design. The only down side is the new pools have a more narrow grip and I am finding that my hands get more fatigued after a couple hours of intense use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money, absolutely great poles. These are the first hiking poles I've ever bought and after using them I'm hooked. Not having used them before I looked around and stumbled on Black Diamond by chance. I wanted poles that could collapse and yet were strong enough to hike with for over a month and between 8 and 12hrs a day. I was so impressed with their durability and strength having used them in all types of conditions. On one occasion I even tripped up and the pole literally got caught in-between some rocks and bent right over. I thought the pole would now be out of shape, but no, on inspection it was fine. I tend to use these with the hard rubber pole protectors/covers and I found, doing the distances I was doing, on hard surfaces they lasted for about 2 and a bit weeks. I keep them on even on dirt tracks as I found the grip was better than the diamond tips digging into the ground. The quality of the rubber tips are excellent compared with other brands by the way. The only criticism I've got is that the straps with wear have started to fray a bit at the ends but it's minimal at the moment. I found the grips excellent as well in all conditions even when my hands sweated a lot. Overall they're an average to high priced set of hiking poles and in my opinion very good value.
