Rated 5 out of 5 by Bill from Rad belay glove! I used these for the last two seasons of guiding ice in Ouray and for summer rock climbing and they hold up as well as almost anything! One season of guiding ice and I only need one pair of gloves which is a testament to their durability. While I would not recommend people use these for ice as I have hands that do extremely well in the cold, I would totally recommend these for rock climbing. Trecker gloves... I... I love you man!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brian from Great multi-sport gloves As a cyclist I bought these gloves to provide protection from the cold wind during the mild winter season here in Charleston, SC. The finger caps really do the trick to help keep the cold off the fingers while allowing the back of the hand to breath. The goat skin padding add some cushion just like true cycling gloves but I don't like a lot of padding so these are just right. Great product at a great price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Burt from A good buy I bought this glove for XC and back country excursions. It worked exactly as I had hoped. Light weight, nice fit with a useful palm. When it turn chilly, I put my overgloves over these and I was hunky dory.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gretchen from Pretty Good I am taking them to Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago. I have used them about three times so far because I'm saving them for Spain. Comfortable enough for me & vent well. I thought that they would be hot. The sizing is more for me, however as the fingers are jet a tad long on me even in the xs size. I don't know jet yet, but I may end up cutting the fingers off like a cycling glove for flexibility & more comfort plus cooler feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Edsel from Perfect XC ski glove I am a cross country ski coach and used these gloves 4+ times a week since the beginning of the season. I have an average sized hand and ordered the mediums. They fit perfectly, offer fantastic grip and protection, and are warm as long as you are moving. I used them in temps as low as -5 C. If it is windy, you will want another layer. They also make great liners for bigger gloves. This is a light glove meant for activity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Simon from Great, thin, do-all glove! Very happy with the glove! Picked it up for backcountry skiing this year and it has been great. The glove is thin enough to stay cool during those hot up-tracks, and supple enough to provide the protection on the palm, with a soft nose-wipe pad to boot. Have started using it on cold trail runs, wintery bike commutes to work and all other shoulder season excursions! Will be using this glove for a long time to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jeffrey from Bomb, Breathable, Lightweight for Backcountry Skiing and beyond I bought these specifically for backcountry skiing. I wanted something light and super breathable for the ups and this product delivers. I've used these for alpine approaches in the Eastern Sierra as well, but think if that BD's Crag Glove is a better option if that's your primary use. I don't really "trek" with gloves on.. but for backcountry touring this is the ultimate move fast glove.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ethan from Quality gloves for cool weather activities Went XC skiing deep in the Adirondacks on a wet Saturday- they were perfect for staying comfortable without overheating. The next day went mountain biking in a freezing rain storm- gloves were wet but stayed pretty warm. I would recommend these gloves as a compliment to a warmer pair of backup gloves or mittens.
