Rated 4 out of 5 by Tash from Definitely Not Purple I really like this gear sling, but was kind of bummed that the product I received was very much royal blue instead of the purple shown on the web. Pretty sure this isn't a gold/white vs. blue/black dress argument either... it's definitely purple online, and definitely blue in real life. That being said, who cares? It still works great and makes organizing and carrying my gear way more comfortable (...I just really like purple ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

Rated 3 out of 5 by Patrick from No frills This is about as simple as a gear sling can be. Its features are: - More comfortable than a sewn sling - Doubles as sewn sling in a pinch For the money, it is comfortable and a solid buy. It is a nice step up from a regular sewn sling. If you have a small rack, it will do the job. However, if you carry much gear there are many nicer gear slings that have organizational features and greater comfort for heavy racks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steve from Handy for organizing your rack I found that I use this piece more and more. It's nice because you can sort of push it towards your back out of the way when needed. Takes a lot of weight off your hips. After 7 years mine started to fray a bit, but come on, 7 years. Still works like it should.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bradley from Where are the gear loops? Good padding. But with a full trad rack bunched up on the sling it is pretty crowded and difficult to manage. I wish it had smaller gear loops on the sling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Eric from great for cleaning and passing no bells or whistles, (like nut tool), easy to clip gear to and pass on to next person. also easy to organize all the anchor stuff for a top-rope and place in top of bag to pull out at cliff. Have never used this for a sling. Will hold a lot, and easy to pull to chest to grab stuff or push to back out of the way as needed. Only wish they offered in green. Also, does not dry out easily, like in rain or waterfall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tim from Simple, padded, comfortable, adjustable Although purple's not my favorite color this is a fine upgrade to my old old gear sling. Fits nice and is very comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Frank from good quality I thought this product was a little small for me since I am hanging my rescue gear off of this.
