Rated 5 out of 5 by snafflehound from Great pants, great fit, just need beacon clip Bought these for a weeklong hut trip in BC's Columbia mountains. Skied them on 0 deg (F) days and upper 20's everyday. Super comfy, good ventilation, nice stretch. Regarding cuff concerns, I have TLT7's - worked great for me. At beginning and end of day, tight getting over upper buckle but zipper well positioned for quick transitions (buckle and power strap). Only ask is a clip for beacon inside leg pocket. I'm 6', 175, 34w, 32 inseam. Normally a large. Went with Medium and they fit great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lee B from Sizing issues I am a 5'10" 165 lb male with a 33" waist and the Dawn Patrol pants medium were too small and the the large were too big. BD needs to come up with additional sizing ( 30/32/34) to meet the consumer needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Karl from Love these pants I've had these pants for two seasons now. I love the fit and the weight. These are definitely my go-to pants in the spring, but I also find myself wearing them on decent days throughout the winter. The cuffs are definitely slim, but I personally like my cuffs a little snug. I have worn them over my Dynafit TLT5, Garmont Radium, and Salomon MTN Lab boots and (with a little effort) been able to get them over the boot whilst skinning and skiing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by extremealpine from These are my go-to ski touring pants. The Dawn Patrol Ski Touring Pants have been a go to for me for a few years now. My first pair are still kicking, though they are wearing thin in a few spots now. So I re-purchased these pants recently. It appears the fit and style of the pant has not changed from my originals, which is great. The hand of the fabric is a little different now, but the weight of the pant is similar if not lighter than my first pair. Products tend to come and go these days, but BD should keep these pants around given high function and performance of the Dawn Patrol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by vtlion from My go-to for uphill I've had these for two years. I'm 6'0" and 200lb.; 32" inseam. The Large fit perfectly. The cuffs fit nicely over my Garmont Prophet size 29 NTN boots (now sold as Scott Voodoo), and I'm happy they are not bigger or don't open - the cuff vent is plenty for me up into the 40's when spring skinning. I've given them lots of use and the zippers are fine. I just used them at about 5F skinning uphill and they were perfect over thin longjohns; if it's cold and windy I add a pair of thin shell pants over them for the trip back down and it's a great combo. I own a lot of BD gear and am usually quite happy; with these pants I'm ecstatic.
