Rated 4 out of 5 by sowrco from Essential Tool I use the phillips mostly - I haven't used the other bits, but I did find I needed a 3mm bit when my Scarpa Maestrale top buckle screws came loose, which the kit does not contain. So check your gear and procure the corresponding bits. I lost the little detent ball at home when I first got the tool - my sharp eyed son found it - so remember to not slide the spring steel ring off the receptacle, losing the ball in the snow would be an inconvenience, but not an endgame. All in all though you're going to need something like this eventually.

Rated 5 out of 5 by David from A necessary tool As a skier, and ski patroller, this lightweight tool has come in handy too many times to count.... adjusting slic pin position, tightening the pivot screw on plate bindings, and giving someone enough forward pressure to get down the hill and to the shop... easy to use, lightweight, just stick it in with your repair kit, or your daily use bag and forget about till you need it... i have found it much easier to use than the screw bits on standard multi tools, and it weighs significantly less

Rated 5 out of 5 by BazzaV from Good Little Tool an upgrade from the HIT t-handle screwdriver i got from BD i think 20 years ago. Holds 5 bits in the handle instead of 2. Ratchet works well in both directions. Doesn't take up much space in the bumbag, along with the little vice grips and diamond stone. Pozi 3 bit worked well the other fixing a loose tele binding. Bits seem high quality, but will rust if left in the container handle wet after using on the hill. Rust comes off easily with a gummy stick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Blue from Needed it twice the first bc trip I took This is much lighter and easier to use than a traditional multitool. i found that I moved it from within the pack to the top zippered area because it was needed multiple times on its first outing to fix split bindings and AT ski skins. Grateful to have it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TakingCornerson2Wheels from A Must Have! Witnessed a ski patroller pull one out, make a quick adjustment. Love the size and force able to be applied. Not worried about the shape wearing a hole in my bag. Quickly adjusted a friends skis.
