"Solid product. I’ve used other forearm trainers similar but this one is the best. It’s a larger size to fit naturally in the hand and give a full range of motion. It’s stiffer to eliminate lateral folding. It’s got a quantified resistance value instead of just generic “firm- extra firm” terms. It’s a beautiful color. All great reasons to get this one and avoid the “Bezos” knockoffs."

"I have to say, I'm always a little skeptical about training tools, but when I acquired one of these lil' Debbies, my school day and instruction time with my students became that much more pleasant! I walk around my class, working with students, all the while strengthening my forearms. Has it helped?--Sure! Does it keep me psyched about climbing?--Absolutely! And will I use it everyday of the school week?--You betcha!"

"Not the best trainer, but it does as advertised. Came in a box about 30x the size in needed to be with ~8ft of packing paper, which was disappointing."

"I received this as a gift and didn’t expect to use it much, but I find myself using it all the time at my desk. I don’t expect huge gains or anything but it’s good for keeping the fingers spry, and I like using it to warm up my forearms when I’m driving to the crag/gym!"
