Rated 3 out of 5 by mattk from Good with some drawbacks I was super stoked about the pack, I've owned it for about a year. I am a student and use this for bike commuting to campus. I love the laptop pocket and organization. The material is tough. I do wish it had a water bottle pocket, but it's not the end of the world. Now the not so great. Some things i've encountered over the past year: 1. The material gets dirty and doesn't clean very easily. 2. The material has started to tear at some of the more stressed points. 3. Within a week of owning the pack, the shoulder straps started to fray on the edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Profb from built like a beast I bought the bag and my experience with it is nothing but great. The bag feels solid and holds a lot of stuff inside. All the zippers feel durable and the organizational pocket is amazing for a passport. My laptop fits perfectly inside. The video showed there was another pocket with the zipper inside the bag but it didn't think it came with mine. Regardless the bag is solid and i highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Paul from Long Search finally over We had been searching for a 18 - 24 L daypack with laptop storage for weeks. Got two different Thule packs home, only to return them. Spent hours online looking everywhere. Spent over an hour looking at ever pack available in Sail and were ready to leave empty handed. Finally saw this pack and immediately knew it was perfect for us. Love the simplicity but well thought out design. The weatherproof design. The passport /cellphone pocket in the rear of the pack. The laptop pocket which doesn't require the main bag to be opened. The fact that the bag stands upright. Great pack. Thanks

Rated 1 out of 5 by Guido from Not so tough after all When my backpack arrived I really liked. Sleek and clean design and the right amount of pockets and space. However, in less than a year of urban commute use (and using a car frequently, so the backpack traveled happily in the trunk), the backpack fabric started to break in some areas. The fabric near the seams in the bottom of the backpack and in the laptop compartment started to cut and in some areas the fabric's outer layer is starting to peel off from the bottom layer. Also, the fabric near the haul loop handle started to tear. I am really disappointed by this backpack since it is advertised as a durable, waterproof shell fabric inspired by the Creek haul bags and it started to break after a year of mild urban use. I contacted warranty support and I was offered to repair the backpack, but I really can't imagine how you can repair something that seems to be a fabric problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tucker O from Great all-around pack! My old BD pack finally had to be retired after I found a spilled packet of almond butter seeping out the hole in the bottom of it. After checking out some reviews and videos I decided to go with the Creek Transit 22. I couldn’t be happier!! The straps are wicked comfortable and strong and the many pockets serve every purpose you can throw at it. Great for cragging or a daily pack for work/play. One of my favorite features is the removable waist straps! It’s about time I had the option of taking them completely off instead of trying to keep them tied up or cutting them off. I highly recommend this pack to everyone looking for an all-around killer pack that also looks nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PNWperson from Durable and awesome bag I've been using this bag for about 7 months. I am a transit commuter in the PNW. This bag has proven it can protect my laptop and other things from the rain. If this bag ever wears out (daily use for a over 7 months and nothing yet) I will get another one to replace it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anna from Best buy I am loving this bagpack. The laptop fits perfectly, the main compartment is big enough that all essentials fit it. I had to get used to the top pocket opening "the wrong way" but its not really a problem as long as its closed. Anyways this was a great buy and I would certainly recommend it.
