Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike from Surprisingly Perfect! I was not 100% sold on this pack, but was able to pick it up very cheaply and gave it a shot. WOW! I am really amazed with it. It's kind of perfect for sport climbing. Packs up plenty of gear, carries quite comfortably and is so convenient to load/unload...but is also an awesome chill area between burns. I am such a huge fan of this pack. It's ideal!!! Sure hope it never gets discontinued. It appears to be a niche or even silly product...but it is so perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Matthew G from I love this concept! I love being able to open this thing up spread all of my gear out. Great place to organize things, great place to sit and change shoes, just an overall great work surface. And it’s so simple to just fold everything up in it and move to the next route. Easily fits everything a couple of people would need for a day of sport climbing. I would not recommend this for seriously long hikes as it adds undesirable weight (and it’s not really intended for that), but for short to moderate approaches it’s fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Will from great cragging pack Bought this pack a month ago and love how much space it has. Doubles as a rope tarp or place to sit to put on your shoes. WTH the ability to open all the way you can access all your gear without turning the pack upside down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bentjammer from Cliff Couch Got mine at Backcountry.com (free shipping) and am super stoked. This pack is well designed to carry most of my trad gear to the crag and then be a super comfy couch when I get there. Some of the other reviews hit the nail on the few changes I'd suggest to improve the design, but I really dig this heavy hauler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Delaymybelay from The crashpack Doubles as my dab pad, and is by far the most convenient pack i have had for quick packing out or too a crag. I dont think it gets better than this for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Geek from The ultimate backcountry pack For me, this thing is all about exploration. New places, new boulders. From a small crash pad to taking a nap... simply perfect. Plenty of space for your outing. I’ve packed rope, water, drill, bolting and cleaning gear, typical climbing gear and a few cold brew coffees for the crew.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AndiD from An Actual Dream Pack I received this package as a birthday gift last august, and it is still going strong. This pack is spacious and has plenty of compartments for all of your assorted gear. Took this to RRG for a trip and was able to hold a 70m rope, 12 quickdraws, assorted belay devices, food, clothes, two pairs of climbing shoes, water bottles, and phone/keys/wallet with no issues. There is even a handy loop on the inside of the detachable top for your keys! pad is great as a barrier to keep your rope from getting dirty when belaying, or becoming a comfortable seat at a campsite. The straps are also extremely easy to adjust to whoever is carrying the gear. I am 5'1" and my climbing partner is 6'3" and there was very little downtime adjusting from crag to crag. My only issue is that the pack can become top heavy if you do not load your gear effectively. overall, a great pack and would definitely ask for this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Abram H from Coolest freakin' cragging pack ever. This thing is awesome! It's not the pack you'd use for a long approach to a multipitch climb, but in terms of a dedicated single pitch cragging pack, I couldn't dream up a better pack if I tried. Super quick to pack and unpack, comfortable to carry, lots of room for big cragging days or collapses down for smaller cragging days, and just enough accessory pockets that you don't have to open the whole thing up all the time. Also seems to be very durable in terms of the materials used. Seriously impressed with this pack!
