Born on January 14, 1998, in Meiringen, I developed a deep connection to the mountains from a very young age. At the tender age of five, I uncovered my passion for climbing. By the time I was 12, I had become a member of the Swiss Alpine Club's National Climbing Team (SAC) and participated in various IFSC European Cups and the World Youth Championships in sport climbing (lead and bouldering).

However, my love for adventure didn't stop at climbing alone. I soon found myself drawn to freeriding, ski touring, mountaineering, and rock climbing, all of which the rich landscapes of our region offered in abundance. Whether it was winter or summer, the allure of exploration was irresistible.

Indoor climbing began to lose its allure as I yearned to explore the untamed, challenging, and aesthetically pleasing facets of mountaineering. In due time, I also developed a keen interest in ice and mixed climbing. My competitive spirit thrived in these disciplines, leading me to success in various international competitions, including the UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup. In 2019, I achieved victories in the World Cup in Saas Fee and Denver, which were truly gratifying milestones.

After nine seasons of ice climbing, I came to the realization that my true calling lay in investing my energy into delightful projects in nature and pursuing first ascents. Today, what matters most to me is the continuous development and growth across all these disciplines that have shaped my journey.
