Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.

Klarna - Pay Later: Once you have shipped the package, log in here and select the appropriate invoice. Select "Report a return" from the menu on the invoice page and confirm by clicking on "I have returned goods". As soon as we have received your return, we will update your invoice and send you a confirmation. You can always log in here to see if there is any outstanding balance to pay on your invoice.
If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.

A return number is required for all returns.. Please contact us for a Return (RET) number before sending back products. Simply fill in the requested information on the side and we will respond within 1-2 business days with your Return Number (RET).
Send us your return.
Write your RET number on the outside of your package as well as on a slip of paper with the article that you will return. Please use a return ship method best suited to you and choose a carrier that will provide you tracking information and insurance. We cannot be responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center. The return shipping fees are at your expense.

Returns from Non-EU Countries
Please send us your items using a service where no charges (e.g. customs processing/ duty /VAT) are billed to the receiver to avoid delays or your items being returned to you.
UK CUSTOMERS: We recommend using UPS or DHL for returns to ensure a smooth transaction process.
