This service is for first-generation packs that are beyond their warranty period. The service provides any needed firmware updates as well as a battery health check and replacement if needed. If you have a first generation Jetforce that is experiencing shortened battery life, charging difficulties, or showing error lights not listed in the manual, a firmware and battery update are likely needed.

 After purchasing the service, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA) via email. Please note that you will need to be issued an RA number BEFORE shipping your pack in for service. Please expect 3-4 weeks for service.
