"I'm 6'3 and about 235lbs. I ordered an XL and it's a bit snug when first putting it on, but still requires tightening. The foam on the legs and waist is thick and quite comfortable. Did some basic top-rope climbing to test it out and it's a dream. No cords or straps cutting into my thighs when descending/falling and no restrictions on my movements while climbing. Some more serious climbers might find it a bit bulky but for the casual climber, I think it's great."
