Rated 1 out of 5 by Johnny dog from Garbage I used these for the first time today (and last) to summit a mountain. Poor design! Insulation pulled out as soon as I took them off and couldn’t get my fingers back in. They were warm, but not useful as I needed to take them off several times and the inner parts of glove, kept pulling out and wouldn’t realign.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Skivo from Bombproof! I just ordered my second pair of these! I've had my previous one for about 5 years now. They have been abused. I do not baby my gear. Eventually I tore a hole in the thumb and duct taped it... so I had to get new ones. I use these in the North East. We don't have mild winters here (yet). I wear those in the single digits, pow days and everything in between. I don't use them on tours though. They are pretty toasty. Eventually the loftiness will disappear though. I can't blame BD for that. I don't think anyone has come up with a solution. Love those and highly recommend them I wish they add "idiot straps" though!!! I have to sew my own. One thing to keep in mind. For myself I measured according to the chart a size L . But then I looked at my old pair - XL. So I think they run a bit small. In contrast I also own the Dirt Bag Gloves and also ordered a new pair, but my size for those is L.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dendrite from Well made, awkward fit The material is durable and seems to hold up to heavy wear. I followed review suggestions and bought up a size. Good call as they were still slightly small. They have less dexterity and overall are bigger/thicker than expected for a mid-weight glove. The fingers are long and for me fit great, but likely not the case for others. The elastic wrist is really what fits poorly. Its too high and sits more on my palm than on my wrist. If tried on in the store I probably would have looked for a different product. I have yet to purchase a BD apparel item that fits right.

Rated 3 out of 5 by baker from Size So far a great product, but the size is way off. I went two sizes bigger based on what I read and they are still snug. Something to think about when going by the sizing chart.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Butte America from Cold, Bad Cuff but comfortable on warm days This is definitely not a -5 to 25 degree glove. It is a warm weather glove for above 25 degrees. Anything below 25 degrees I better be breaking a sweat to keep my hands warm in them. The cuff is too stiff so it gaps when the draw string is pulled and lets snow in. They are very comfortable and seem to be well made as they are holding up and the stitching is staying together. After wearing BD gloves for years I was a bit reluctant to buy another pair as the stitching in my Legends came out in just a week and they packed out very quickly so they were warm at first and then got cold with only a couple weeks of wear. Hopefully my Legends were just a fluke with the stitching as these Crews seem well made but I am disappointed in the warmth BD is rating their gloves at these days. In my opinion, my last two pair of BD gloves haven't lived up to the excellency of the brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Biko from Perfect Ski Glove for Cool Weather I bought these gloves for cool skiing weather (20 - 30 degrees F), and I'm very happy with them. When the temps dip into the teens or winds & no sun cause the wind chill to dip, I switch to mitts, and when the temps hit 5 degrees and below, I put on my Black Diamond heated Solano gloves to stay nice and comfy.
