What do you most enjoy about your sport?
Spending time with friends and family

How do you define success?
Getting paid to do what you love and have worked so hard for.

What are you most proud of, either in life, your sport or both?
I’m most proud of my ongoing effort to live out my dream as a kid.

Who are your heroes?
My older brothers.

What inspires you?
Seeing other people push themselves beyond their limits.

What are your hobbies outside of your sport?
I mountain bike out here in Utah in the summer and also really enjoy sailing when I’m back home in CT.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate

What are your hidden talents?
Not sure I have any hidden talents, if I’m good at something I’ll show you.

Tell us about your most favorite place in the world:
My favorite place is this peak up behind the University of Utah I’ve called the spot. It’s an awesome ridge line mountain bike trail that I’ve rode hundreds of times and continually ride as it reminds where it all started when I first came out here for school.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be, and why?
Honestly pretty happy with my current self, if anything I’d just like to put more effort into doing what I love and not impressing others. You only live once, do it for you and not others.

Tell us about a time in your life when you have been scared:
When I solo skied the NW of Twin Peaks at sunset, the ski wasn’t scary but the approach up Tanners and the ridge line hike alone for hours put me in my place.

Describe your perfect day:
Waking up in a beautiful place, eat good food, activity of any sort with friends and family, finishing the day healthy and happy, more good food and views.

How would your friends describe you?
Someone who just wants to go fast.
